We strategically focus on primary movement patterns, including pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, lifting, pressing, and even crawling. Our aim is to forge a holistic foundation, promoting overall strength and conditioning that will empower you to conquer any physical challenge.
This program consists of just 3 workouts a week, tailor-made for:
a) 'Iron Impact' Program Graduates
b) Serious Gym-Goers: For those in pursuit of a science-backed program that goes beyond the ordinary – a program designed not only to build lean, compact muscle but also to obliterate personal bests with precision and efficiency.
